Blue Ribbon Inn and Suites

The room was good until our second night and we were abruptly woken up by the smoke detector going off at 230 in the morning, got up and looked for fire and noticed the carpet was all wet halfway across the room. Water was streaming out of the smoke detector, called the office and they moved us to another room. We had two dogs, aged 16 and 14, one was sick and we had to pack up all our bags and put these dogs in the car and move to another room, the wind was blowing about 30-40 mph and temperature was 35. In the morning I went to turn in the room keys and asked about a partial refund, no straight answer.

It was quiet, peaceful. Was able to rest and sleep good. A diner next door and convenient store and dollar general next door. Am very pleased with the service.

Friendly front desk. I’ve stayed there several times. Lisa is terrific! She always remember me. Also, the property is managed by Americans. A special treat these days

It was comfortable and nice view being on 2 floor. Wasn't noisy. Pretty quiet.

Great hotel. Ample parking, amazing indoor pool. Both front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time there.
